If you need a quick workout, book a 30 minute session. For longer workouts, you can book multiple 30-minute slots to suit your needs.
Our private gym is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. If you would like to book the private gym outside of Viva Vista Shopping Centre's opening hours (10am to 10pm), you can easily access the ArrowFit private gym via the lift lobby behind the security post at the carpark area.
